Francis Ebua Jacquerye (born 9 november 1974) is an award-winning Belgian industrial designer, goldsmith and web developer. Francis was born in Lubumbashi (the greater Congo) to Léopole Rémy Jacquerye, a surgeon director and a second-generation Belgian settler in Congo, and Bernadette Lihau, a Congolese woman academically trained as a historian.

Francis, a polyglot, is fluent in French, English and Italian. He attended the Belgian school of Lubumbashi until 1985, when his father's health deteriorated and the family decided to relocate in Brussels, Belgium.
